While we are witnessing a cultural shift with younger and middle aged adults not showing the same past willingness to move to country areas to buy and work in 24/7 retail, accommodation and service businesses, it is crucial for commercial vendors to fully appreciate that we are very much in a buyers market that shows no sign of changing.  Accordingly if vendors hope to sell they must listen to their advisors and price to meet market expectations not their own ambitions based on pre GFC historical levels.
